Trick or Treat: What to do this Halloween!

Monday 17 October 2016

 Trick or Treat!

It’s that time of year again! Time to dig out your best costumes, whack some face paint on, and get carving those pumpkins! So we’ve picked our top 5  things to do in London this Halloween!

Mansion London

The Mansion London is known for its crazy themed nights, and we are suckers for a bit of theming at Venue Search London! This club night set in a creepy mansion is held at a secret location every year, which is revealed only 48 hours before the event. Prepare for fire shows, cage dancers and make up artists to transform you into ghosts and ghouls. Fancy dress is, of course, essential!

The Halloween Ball takes place on Saturday 29th October with tickets from £30 per person

Pumpkin Carving with Bubbles

What better way to carve your very own pumpkin than with a glass of champagne in your hand! This Autumn, Verve Cliquot and Drink Shop Do are hosting classy carving sessions. Available from the 18th October, the haunting sessions include a pumpkin carving session with a glass of sparkling champagne.

Taking place from Monday 17th - Monday 31st October with tickets available from £12 per person

The Edible Body Farm

Experience one of the most engaging events this Halloween at The Edible Body Farm. Inspired by the unusual chemical Indole, the hour long session involves digging through edible soil to eat as many body parts as you can! Guests will find the horror treats through smelling the Indole chemical, used to train cadaver dogs. Drop into a talk about body farms and all things forensics, and don’t forget to try a themed cocktail!

Taking place on Saturday 29th October at Queen Mary University of London with tickets from £10 per person

Backyard Cinema

If you and your mates are looking for a cool hang out location this Halloween, look no further than the Backyard Cinema! Experience your favourite scary movie deep in the Lost Jungle amongst tropical trees with beanbags, cocktails and popcorn. Prepare to be wowed by special effects whilst watching Halloween classics including Evil Dead, Blair Witch Project and Hocus Pocus.

Halloween screenings from Thursday 27th October - Sunday 30th October with tickets from £16.50 per person

Sharks in the Dark

This Halloween you are able to exclusively experience snorkelling with Sharks at the Sea Life Aquarium. The underwater seasonal experience involves swimming with over 15 sharks, in the dark! Provided with red light torches, you will be face to face with the magnificent creatures in the eerie darkness!

Taking place at The Sea Life Aquarium from Thursday 27th - Monday 31st October with tickets available from £180 per person
