Aqua Shard is the perfect setting for an event, whether it be during the day with views of the buzzing city below or at night amongst the bright lights of London. Bring your colleagues or clients to level 31 at The Shard to enjoy a relaxed yet chic event space.
Originating in Hong Kong, it started eighteen years ago when the first aqua opened, proving so popular that today Aqua Restaurant Group has grown to over 25 venues spanning Hong Kong, London and Beijing. Each restaurant and bar encompass the same philosophy - serving exquisite dishes using the freshest produce, presented with style and in buzzing environments.
The unique glass walled private dining room can seat up to 24 people on three round tables, (two of 9 and one of 6) or they can also accommodate up to 50 guests for a standing reception. Offering unrivalled views wherever you are, the room is perfect for intimate breakfasts, lunches or dinners and has plenty of space to indulge in the London skyline at sunset.
Aqua shard has the capacity, experience and wow factor to host a variety of private events including semi-exclusive and fully exclusive hire.
The 'Tea Wing' can accommodate up to 150 for a reception event. The 'Gin Wing' can accommodate 200 for a standing reception and 100 for a seated event.
Aqua shard can be hired exclusively for up to 180 guests seated and 360 standing or can be hired with their sister restaurant on the next floor, Hutong.
Located on level 33 of The Shard, this would enable a capacity of 280 people seated or 700 standing.
If you’re a smaller party and don’t have the budget or inclination for a private event, you are also welcome to book for a group at the bar from 10 to up to 40 guests.
With everything from a la carte, express menus, canape and bowl food options, afternoon tea or a seasonal tasting menu, your guests will be spoilt for choice with options to suit everyone.
