The Show theme for the next London Summer Event Show on 21 - 22 January 2020 has been announced and it looks as if the organisers are going for gold. This annual exhibition brings together over 100 of the top event venues and suppliers for a day of event inspiration, learning and most of all fun...
Each year the theme is centred around an important event or issue in the industry and this year the theme will be Summer Olympics, inspired by next year’s Summer Olympic Games, taking place in Tokyo, Japan.
There will be three themed exhibition rooms at the event; the main space will be transformed into the bustling streets of Japan’s capital city, bringing the look and feel of the buzzing city of Tokyo to London. There will also be an Olympic Village, where you will find more exciting exhibitors and suppliers as well as having the chance to relax, grab some food and eat like a champion. The final space will celebrate the Japanese Sakura season with cherry blossoms and a celebration of all things new. This will house the lucky winners of the #StoryGivesBack Initiative as well as the seminar room.
Each year the organisers at Story Events add lots of new content to the event to keep things fresh for visitors. They already have a fabulous list of event venues and suppliers signed up for the event, in the mix are some industry favourites as well as some brand new exhibitors such as Dreamland Margate, Trafalgar St. James, Holland & Holland, Events @ No. 6, Chucs Restaurants, Incipio Group, Searcys Gherkin, Flyby Bars, The Cuddle Club, Last Night a Vegan Saved My Life, IGI Adventures and many more…
They are also in the process of putting together a workshop and seminar programme, made up of roundtables, hands on workshops, panel discussions and more.
