VSL visit Pullman London St Pancras

A few members of the VSL London venue hire team visited Pullman London St Pancras for a spot of breakfast to brighten our miserable and rainy Thursday morning. Consisting of a range of hire options, this dynamic, central London venue can cater for a variety of event needs…
We arrived into Kings Cross St Pancras and walked a short distance to the hotel where our day began with a tour of the hotel itself before being seated for a delicious buffet breakfast. We admired all the event spaces including a selection of their contemporary meeting rooms, their Nobel Suite, Shaw Theatre and their funky, unique Business Playground.
The hotel was great at making us feel welcome immediately on arrival, with our own personalised greeting message being shown in the lobby on an LED screen. We loved this bespoke welcome!
As our tour began, the hotel was a hub of busy businessmen and women enjoying breakfast meetings as well as families enjoying a leisurely bite to eat to start their day.
We visited the Nobel Suite where a conference was taking place. It was great to see their breakout space whilst registration was taking place and admire the room in use by clients. The Nobel Suite has ground floor loading access as well as a private foyer, meaning your guests will not have the problem of intertwining with other guests at the hotel. A unique yet beneficial aspect of this suite is that it is pillar free, which is very rare for such a large space in Central London. With a capacity of 200 cabaret, this flexible space is great for large conferences, gala dinners and more.
The Shaw Theatre is a tiered auditorium for 446 guests with its own private entrance and foyer. This auditorium is great for conferences, screenings and presentations whilst your guests sit comfortably and relax. It’s traditional theatre aesthetic gives the space a grand feel whilst being very adaptable.
Their ‘Business Playground’ was VSL’s favourite part of the hotel. It adopts contemporary and sophisticated working conditions, adding a slight twist on a traditional boardroom set up. With lots of natural daylight looking over the City as well as being full equipped with refreshment facilities and a private bathroom, this unique, Central London boardroom is where performance meets pleasure. With the ability to seat 12 delegates around a poker inspired table, delegates can relax yet work hard and play hard.
Pullman London St Pancras is armed with a 24-hour access gym, with a view over the British library, 312 bedrooms and a fabulous bar and restaurant area, perfect for a relaxing evening or overnight stay in Central London.
