The boutique exhibition will bring together over 150 event venues and suppliers, perfect for summer, to inspire your next event as well as hundreds of top event buyers. Each year the Show is a given a theme that is relevant to the event industry. This year’s Show theme is ‘Summer Olympics’ inspired by the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan. Experience Tokyo, Sakura and Olympic Village themed rooms as you make your way around the event, meeting the many event venues and suppliers.

To tie in with the Summer Olympics Show Theme, there will be a Key-Note speech by Paralympic basketball player and TV personality, Ade Adepitan on ‘Overcoming Obstacles and Achieving Your Dreams’, as well as talks on creativity, new venues, sustainability, event strategy and more! With seminars on unleashing creativity and creating immersive and interactive experiences whilst remaining on strategy, there are seminars scheduled for a range of interests!
