Kickstart Live is a free one day, seminar-led networking conference for corporate event buyers and event agencies, with expert panels on the future of events. We have just three pop-up sponsorship tables left, so please get in touch if you would like to support this "return to live" initiative.
We are grateful to Tobacco Dock for their headline sponsorship and to a select group of venues and suppliers who have supported the event and will be exhibiting in the networking room.
With 15 exhibitors now confirmed, we have just three tables remaining in our networking room, where for just £950 + VAT, you will have the opportunity to meet 75 corporate event buyers and 25 event agencies, using our near frequency connection App from our sponsors VenueIQ.
All exhibitors will also have a free ticket to the seminars and a full online listing on our dedicated website, launching next week.
In addition to the main seminars, there will also be a series of roundtables covering a range of event styles including team building, Christmas parties and live entertainment.
The event is limited to 100 delegates and will be operated on a socially-distanced event layout to ensure maximum safety and comfort for visitors and exhibitors.
Tobacco Dock has secured Visit Britain – Good To Go, and MIA’s AIM Secure accreditations.
Please note that Kickstart Live is a live event only and will not be presented online in a hybrid format. The Seminars will be recorded for sharing with all delegates after the event.

The venue
The multi award-winning Tobacco Dock offers a combination of adaptable and stylish spaces, award-winning catering, top end audio visual services and trusted suppliers providing event support services.
The Great Gallery usually holds over 1,000 for a conference; however this event will be set up for 100 visitors to ensure plenty of space in this bright and airy room with great air circulation.
With their live streaming facilities and giant LED screens, Tobacco Dock offer turnkey solutions for live streaming, studio recording and hybrid events.
Covid-19 Safety Measures
Our goal is to be compliant with the government guidelines for business events while creating an environment where visitors and exhibitors can feel comfortable. On this page are some of the measures we have taken to assure a safer event:
Pre-packaged “Grab and Go” lunch service.
Hand sanitiser units situated throughout the venue as well as by bathroom entrances.
Signage in place as a reminder of social distancing and hygiene measures.
A stringent regime of sanitising all high-touch points, including toilets and catering service areas.
Gloves and masks for staff working in high touch point areas.
Capacities capped to allow for all visitors to circulate while maintaining 1m+ social distancing and 2m social distancing in seminar and roundtable environments.
In keeping with Government guidelines, masks will be worn during all seminars, roundtables and exhibitor meetings.
