Searcys at the Gherkin has received “We’re Good to Go” industry accreditation, launched by VisitBritain, the UK’s national tourist board. This means that they adhere to the Government and public health guidance, that they have carried out COVID-19 risk assessments, and that they have the required processes in place for you to visit safely. More so they are regularly audited by NAVITAS, an independent health and safety consultancy with over 30 years of experience, for compliance in line with their secure safety framework.

The venue’s measures have been implemented for their teams, contractors, and guests include enhanced cleaning regimes, tightened access control, revised the event room capacities to support social distancing, and increased wayfinding signage. They have also re-trained their teams to serve food in a new, safer way.

Aptly named after clouds, Searcys created these contemporary and versatile rooms so guests can look forward to an even more exceptional experience. Open for daytime functions, the spaces are ideal for dining as well as small, targeted conferences in the heart of The City.

Able to adapt to suit the size and style of any event, these interconnecting rooms are as practical as they are eye-catching.  The oversized glazed doors between the rooms allow a more open circulation and maximize natural light whilst brass and a specialist ‘shimmer’ wall finish add a subtle touch of luxury. The rooms also offer multiple screens, lapel mics, and docking stations, as well as an on-site engineer on hand to ensure presentations go smoothly.

Booked individually, the private rooms are ideal for weddings up to 15 guests or to corporate meetings for up to 30 attendees.

Packages start from £75.00 plus VAT for a minimum of 15 guests to include the following:

• Exclusive hire of a private dining room from 8am-11am

• Continental Breakfast

• 3 hours of unlimited tea, coffee, orange juice, and water

• Basic AV package
