Last week, we were very fortunate to be invited to The Bulgari Hotel situated in Knightsbridge. A luxurious hotel which can accommodate all types of events with a modern luxury feel from conferences and small business meetings to private seated dinners and large parties. 

On entry to the hotel you will discover the deluxe reception which offers a built-in bar, glamorous decor of glass and mirrors to separate the seating area and a white gold mosaic finish to create an Italian artisan look with a calm and relaxing atmosphere to provide a warm welcome for your guests.  

The Ballroom which is the main event space, is a classy modern room dedicated to Giorgio and Costantino Bulgari, the famous Italian jewellers. It can hold up to 120 theatre style, 80 cabaret style or up to 150 for a seated dinner and 280 for a standing reception. To create a personal touch, handcrafted chandeliers fall over the dance floor specifically designed to replicate the ‘swish’ of a woman’s dress skirt, perfect for a charity ball or private occasion. This spectacular room also offers AV and audio facilities on site and can accommodate live bands and performances if required. Adjoining to this, they have a reception area with a private bar for pre dinner drinks, for guests to socialise and convene before the main event. Rich in Bulgari glamour and prestige, the two spaces can be reserved individually or together — for maximum flexibility in planning any event.

In addition, an exclusive cinema lounge which can seat up to 47 guests for a private screening event is also a unique facility at this hotel. In addition, there are two private meeting rooms for a small group of up to six, ideal for business meetings, interviews or small conferences including full access to digital technology and a computer area with printing and photocopying facilities. This also includes a kitchen area, bar & dining area and a seating area, for any video conference calls or private working space with refreshments exclusive to your party. 

Private dining areas, the Lord Marshall Rooms III and IV can seat up 10 guests in each room or 20 guests with the two rooms combined which offers an intimate space for small private parties.
