 Venue Search Everywhere!

The Venue Search London team are back helping and maintaining relationships with clients who are looking for venues for their 2023 London event programmes. Did you know, however despite our expert London venue knowledge we also place events outside of London and across major cities within the UK?

We’ve placed bookings for our clients in Manchester, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, and Southampton, not to mention Amsterdam, New York, and Toronto!

You may know and trust our expert knowledge of London venues, however, our team has many years of experience in placing events outside the M25, so if you are looking at spreading your wings and hosting outside of London; such as a party in Paris, a reception in Rotterdam, a conference in Cardiff or a meeting in Morecambe, with a minimum budget of £10,000 + VAT, then do not hesitate to get in contact and we can start your free venue search today!

Take a look at some of the lovely cities we’ve booked for our clients:

Manchester

Manchester is one of the fastest growing cities in the UK with a buzzing atmosphere and a huge variety of event venues from quirky, unique cocktail bars such as Flight Club for more intimate and smaller group events to larger scale events or conference venues such as The Imperial War Museum at Trafford Park. Full to the brim with unique venues, why not host an awards dinner at The Monastery Manchester. The Great Nave is a stunning historic space, with soaring ceilings, perfect for making a lasting impression on your guests. This space can be used for dinners, conferences, and many other events. It is open all year round, so can be booked for any occasion.

Birmingham

With Birmingham being Britain’s second-largest city, it is the most popular for hosting events, after London, for conferences, corporate events, and meetings as well as having a huge transport network for easy access to the city. There are a variety of options from contemporary conference rooms to historical and traditional venues, all of which can provide up to the minute AV equipment and catering services. Why not try the stunning Hyatt Regency Birmingham for your next luxurious corporate away-day or attend a concert at the nearby Symphony Hall. Home to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, this auditorium seats more than 2,000 spectators and the stage welcomes a variety of acts every year.

Brighton

With Brighton being a seaside resort city located just 47 miles south of London and renowned for its diverse culture, it’s a great alternative to the fast-paced built-up city and creates a more relaxing atmosphere for an away event on the coast. With easy transport links from the centre of London and the Southeast, there is no reason not to treat your colleagues to a holiday resort feel and a bit of fresh seaside air. A popular option is the vast Hilton Brighton Metropole, located on the sea front, and opposite Brighton’s very own version of the London Eye – the i360. The design of the i360 is ingeniously different. Its doughnut-shaped glass pod acts as both a lift and a viewing platform, carrying you up and down the tower while providing unobstructed panoramic views from start to finish – available for private hire.

Bristol

Bristol is one of the most attractive cities in the UK featuring the stunning Suspension Bridge. The city centre provides a great meeting for businesses outside of the office. You can enjoy the benefits of meeting and training rooms for all-day occasions or just a small afternoon meeting, any event that you choose to have in this city will be in a beautiful setting. This is also a great opportunity to explore what the city has to offer from attractions such as Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, Bristol Beacon Concert Hall, and Bristol Shopping Quarter. Why not treat your guests to a fun post-meeting night out in the artistic city centre, at The Cocktail Club (Bristol Triangle).

Southampton

On the south coast, Southampton is becoming more and more popular as a city for meetings and events. With its idyllic location by the sea, this city can be perfect for an away day where you can enjoy the coastal views, fresh seafood, and the amazing nearby shopping facilities in Portsmouth. Nothing shouts luxury more than the flagship Southampton Harbour Hotel. Set on a small, private marina with a striking ’super yacht’ style design stunning contemporary interiors throughout, and first-class facilities Southampton’s only 5-star hotel is a stand-out venue for any conference, meeting, or event up to 300 guests.

Leeds

To mix things up… Leeds is situated in the North of the UK, allowing you to get a taste of the event and lifestyle the north has to offer with its lively private hire venues and meeting space. Their hospitality is truly inspiring. This city is constantly thriving with creativity and a fantastic range of places to eat, drink and explore. A popular option for conferencing is the beautiful Leeds Marriott Hotel, just 4-minute walk from Leeds railway station, this casual hotel in the city centre is a 12-minute walk from the Leeds City Museum and 14 minutes on foot from the Leeds Playhouse.
