Fun fact: although it has not been proven, it is believed that William Shakespeare may have been in attendance to the Elvetham Entertainment or even perhaps performed as one of its actors, with a number of scholars believing that the water pageant was a large inspiration for the play “A Midsummer Nights Dream” written in 1595 not too long after the queen’s visit to Elvetham.

The Library
Featuring an ornate stone fireplace, original bookcases and plenty of natural light, The Library is the largest of our private function rooms and is a captivating space for any business meeting or event.
The room has a maximum capacity of 120 people for meetings, and 100 people for private corporate dining.
The Oak Room
Ideal for presentations, pitches, and small conferences, The Oak Room is a fantastically flexible function space and perfect for medium sized business events.
The room has a maximum capacity of 68 people for meetings, and 60 people for private corporate dining.
The Morning Room
Featuring an ornate, fully functioning open fireplace, exquisite views over the grounds, and a connecting door to the Gloriana Bar, The Morning Room was created to inspire.
The room has a maximum capacity of 50 people for meetings and private corporate dining.
Outside Space
Perfect for a series of adrenaline filled and enjoyable group activities which encourage tactful thinking, team work and friendly competition, The Elvetham estate consists of 35 acres of perfectly manicured grounds, available to hire for a multitude of outdoor activities, from BBQs and summer evening drinks receptions to Olympic style or country pursuits including croquet, falconry, clay pigeon shooting and archery to name but a few.
