5 London Venues and Studios Offering Virtual and Hybrid Packages

2020 changed the way we look at events. Many of us had to become more creative and learn new skills in order to be able to manage virtual and hybrid events with the same impact as a live event. With a likely move to Hybrid in the next few months, we reveal our favourite live streaming event spaces..
Many of us would have hoped that by now there would be a return to live events. However, virtual and hybrid are definitely here to stay a little longer. The Events and Hospitality industry is resilient and understands the importance of adapting conventional live events to include hybrid and virtual options.
Venue Search London wants to support our partners within the industry sharing some of the fantastic London Conference Venues who have adapted their live event spaces in order to offer some high quality virtual and hybrid events.
1. Intercontinental 02 & Sofitel London Heathrow
Part of the Arora Group both hotels have made various changes to ensure their clients can make the most out of their virtual and/or hybrid event. The London venues have upgraded their internet access and video conferencing across the group as well as offering two on-site broadcasting studios. The studios offer events through live streamed or on demand content, as well as on-site production and streaming support.
The studios have been designed to be flexible depending on client needs, from single keynote presentations to panel discussions, open skyline backgrounds to graphic printed sets, one to many cameras and a range of other enhancements, all with the dedicated support of your PSAV Project Manager and technical expertise.
2. RSA House
The central London venue has partnered with Radiance Production to help businesses connect and engage with their audience physically and virtually by offering a range of Hybrid and Streaming packages. The venue has created bespoke tiered packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold starting from £2,160. Their Bronze package includes: pre-production assistance, 3 x HD cameras, 1 x mac or PC laptop, 2 x broadcast quality radio microphones (so that presenters can be heard as well as seen), The online delivery of a recording of the event, 2 x video technicians. There are also additional extras available to enhance the event!
3. Landing Forty Two - London Skyline Studio
The iconic venue has been working hard to ensure your audience is able to enjoy the event to the full with the City of London’s iconic skyline as the backdrop. They have created an inclusive studio space to deliver engaging digital events whilst keeping everyone safe, whether that be a virtual conference, product launch or meeting. As well being able to create bespoke events for virtual exhibitions, virtual awards ceremonies, virtual roadshows etc they have put together a Live Stream Package as well as a Webcast and Broadcast Package to include everything you need for your event.
Always at the forefront of technological capabilities, it’s no surprise that IET Savoy Place has evolved their event offering to include virtual and hybrid packages. The central London venue is offering a wide variety of audio visual and technical solutions to enhance the connection and engagement with your audience, whether this is in person or remotely. The venue have created an Audio Conference package, Video Conference package as well as a Riverside Filming Studio package.
5. Story Studio
Earlier this year our colleagues at Story launched their live streaming and recording studio at our London Bridge HQ with cost-effect packages for professionally shot presentations, webinars and edited pre-recorded marketing content. We’ve specifically chosen portable equipment including HD cameras, video mixing, studio lighting and lapel microphones which enables us to take our setup to your office, home of venues for on-site and hybrid streaming. Our in-house Technical Production Manager, Harry Butcher has years’ of experience in delivering video content across multi-media platforms.
