Just before wrapping up for Christmas, VSL had the pleasure of being invited to The Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington to check out their event spaces, perfect for those large conferences or awards dinners in 2023...
Located in the bustling neighbourhood of Kensington and on the doorstep of Hyde Park, a stay at the Royal Garden Hotel puts you right into the midst of London.
The beautiful Palace Suite can host up to 550 delegates in a Theatre layout or seat up to 440 for dinner. The room can be themed to suit your exclusive event, whether it be a conference, awards evening or dinner and reception. As you would expect from any luxury property, it also features a private cloakroom and its own entrance to make it that little bit more private.
The suite offers fantastic access to AV equipment, staging, breakout rooms and wide screens, with plenty of unique settings for lighting, as well as a large reception area for exhibitions or welcome apéritifs.
The Boardroom spaces create a more intimate area suitable for up to 30 people and has a very traditional classic neutral style interior with plenty of light. These spaces are ideal for a brief catch up before or after your main conference, and also includes AV equipment, with hot drinks and refreshments on request.
The venue offer three stunning restaurants and bars which are exclusive to The Royal Garden Hotel, from their new restaurant, Origin Kensington, offering British Cuisine, to an authentic Asian outlet, with a fine dining experience, and situated on the top floor, meaning you can take in the fabulous city views while indulging. Last but not least, you have the Piano Bar, available to hire for special parties where you can sit back and relax while enjoying some calming classics… this place is well known for being a top night in Kensington!
All of these dining and bar areas can be hired out privately for that exclusive feel.
