Pennyhill Park, Bagshot
There are 124 bedrooms and 20 meeting rooms on site at Pennyhill Park. Guests have the option to dine at Hillfield Restaurant and Bar or for a more luxury dining occasion, Latymer, their Michelin star restaurant, with dishes inspired by the seasons. All of their food is produced locally and can be enjoyed in the stylish surroundings. On top of this, they offer an al fresco dining experience in a more casual dining setting at the Lily Pond Terrace, perfect for that summer event. For those of you that know Pennyhill already (it’s always popular), they have recently undergone a stunning refurbishment of The Balmoral and The Sandringham event spaces, bringing plenty of light and a contemporary elegance to the once traditional rooms. Refurbishments to some of the bedrooms will also be taking place with an anticipated finish in April 2023. Additionally, you can soak up the relaxation in their new heat experience Spa, including an ice igloo, juniper sauna, herbal steam, and salt inhalation.
South Lodge, Horsham
This beautiful estate in Horsham has 88 bedrooms and 13 meeting rooms, making it ideal for an exclusive use venue. As well as their award-winning eco spa, opened in 2019, South Lodge have been busy planting 19,000 vines at the local Ridgeview vineyard, to kick-start their own exclusive blend of the award-winning English sparkling wine. This gorgeous property continues to make the most of its 93 acres, with a plan to build several eco-lodges by the side of the lake, offering a picturesque and tranquil view of the stunning surroundings.
The spacious bedrooms have been undergoing an upgrade too with four of the suites now complete with your very own hot tub.
Lainston House, Winchester
Lainston House, Winchester has 50 bedrooms and 8 meeting rooms. The hotel features the Wellhouse Restaurant whereby dishes are cooked with wood fired ovens and smokers to deliver a unique taste and immersive dining experience for your guests.
For something a little different and a unique teambuilding activity, Lainston House hosts a seasonal cookery school, for up to 24 guests per class including local wines, ales and homemade ciders from their very own apple orchards Why not try a BBQ cookery class in conjunction with Weber or hire their ‘Kitchen Garden’ for a special al fresco dining experience in the warmer weather. There’s also a chance to immerse yourself into unique outdoor activities such as Fly Fishing, Forest bathing & Tree-climbing, to name but a few! A retreat in every sense of the word.
The Manor House, Castle Combe
Another stunning estate part of the Exclusive Collection and located in Chippenham, The Manor House has 50 bedrooms and 4 meetings rooms surrounded by lush countryside. Another option perfect for that exclusive takeover for your next corporate away-day. The hotel comes complete with an 18-hole championship golf course, and two of the meeting rooms situated in the beautiful Club house. Not a pro-golfer? Why not take advantage of the facilities anyway and treat your guests to a golf lesson as an alternative treat. A separate spa called The Potting Shed is also on site for treatments during your stay as well as a traditional English pub named The Castle Inn which can accommodate 12 bedrooms and has 2 meeting spaces.
Fanhams Hall, Ware
With 27 acres of land, Fanhams’ landscaped gardens are grade II listed, giving a historical feel to the place. The venue features 77 bedrooms and 12 meeting rooms on site and can offer experiences as diverse as sushi making classes, Thai chi, walking meetings and a five-a-side football pitch. The event spaces also come equipped with energy zones for rejuvenating snacks and mini games. With all these experiences on offer, after your meeting or conference, it’s a chance for you to socialise and indulge in activities for your guests to make the most of the full away-day experience.
Royal Berkshire, Ascot
This elegant estate in Ascot includes 66 bedrooms and 12 meeting rooms, with cosy home-like décor, the hotel has a unique home from home feel, as well as a home working ideation zone, and well stocked refreshment areas for unlimited indulgence. A semi-private dining area is also a part of this beautiful hotel called Little Paddock for a more intimate experience.
