With our 10^th Anniversary coming up this November, the Venue Search London team have just celebrated our 2,000^th booking since our launch way back in 2013. Check out where the evolving team have come from...

Our first booking was a dinner for 80 guests that took place on April 4^th 2014 in Floridita, Soho, one of many great restaurants that sadly closed due to Covid; and our 2,000^th booking has just signed a contract to stage a major conference at 8 Northumberland on May 9^th this year.

In between, we have helped over 600 clients source venue for every type of event including major exhibitions in warehouses, intimate dinners in private rooms and seasonal parties in too many great London venues to mention!  Bookings include 738 meetings and conferences, 501 Christmas parties and 257 company dinners, to name but a few..

Over the last nine years we have grown our reputation with our amazing venue partners by carefully creating shortlists of venues that are most suited to our clients’ briefs and helping our clients through every stage of the booking process.

Building our venue knowledge is a vital part of this service and we never stop viewing new venues as they launch to ensure that our team of free venue finding experts are kept up to date with the ever-changing London venue scene.  Whilst we have accurate records of our bookings, we have lost count of the number of site visits and venue launches we have attended!

And, although we are best known (and named!) as a London venue finder, we have also placed bookings for our clients in Manchester, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, and Southampton, not to mention Amsterdam, New York, and Toronto!

We are looking forward to a great 2023, helping both our existing clients and new enquirers with finding the best venues for their upcoming event programmes, with a strong focus on delivering great value in a time of increasing prices, by negotiating the best rates at the best London venues. (And don’t forget our service is completely free!)
