Exhibition – A new landmark event venue for West London

The Venue Search London team have just returned from a sneak preview of Exhibition, an exciting, new multi-purpose music and large events and London conference venue located in the heart of the Westfield London development.
Just a short walk from three Tube and Overground stations, this stunning West London venue with a Victorian structure was built as an engine house for steam trains and its heritage remains reflected in the tiled interior walls, fine arched windows and exposed red brick, lending unique character to this vibrant and repurposed 3,200 sqm. venue.
Following ten months of bespoke renovations and redevelopment London's newest venue and event space, Exhibition London, is now complete and ready to open its doors. This new event space, Exhibition, is presented over two floors, with a Ground Floor reception space, cloakroom and bar, with two impressive staircases leading up to the stunning, pillar-free main space which can seat 750 guests for an awards dinner and over 800 guests for a theatre-style conference. Overall capacity for more informal receptions and trade shows is capped at 2,000 attendees.
With excellent in-house lighting and sound flown from the original ironwork roof trusses, Exhibition London offers a dynamic and adaptable environment - providing you with an ideal space for conferences, exhibitions, award dinners, brand activations, Christmas parties and any other company celebrations. The high ceiling allows clients to deliver a high-impact projection and AV for branding and conferences.
Their chosen award-winning catering partners, Create offer a range of excellent menus and drinks packages, in addition to bespoke menu design where required, to cover the full range of tastes and event styles.
The Venue Search London team have already placed a major conference and reception event into the space for December 2019 and our event design team at Story Events are delivering a creative Christmas party theming installation, so we already have great experience and understanding of the wide range of event designs, styles and achievable options in this amazing new West London venue.
Demand for dates in the 2020 November and December Awards and party season is likely to be high, since many brands will no doubt be keen to be one of the first to celebrate in such an inspirational new event space.
