Some of the Venue Search London team were lucky enough to be invited to the first day of Royal Ascot, and here we share some of the exciting things about hiring Ascot Racecourse, along with some of the fabulous catering you can expect...

One of our favourite suppliers, Moving Venue, was on site catering for the lovely ladies and gentlemen of the Village Enclosure at Royal Ascot last week, and its thanks to them, the team were lucky enough to be invited down to this prestigious event. 

With Moving Venue, food really is the heart of soul of the company. Their seasonal dishes are lovingly produced by a team of talented chefs and they show experience in ensuring all of their menus are deliverable for all events whilst ensuring innovation and creativity, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Moving Venue clients have also benefited from a wide range of event services provided by Smart Group, including Christmas party venues, corporate hospitality and a creative event design service, not to mention food from Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett, who has been working with Smart since 2010.

Our menu at Ascot offered everything a seated lunch through to afternoon tea and interactive dessert stations, all washed down with plenty of champagne of course. But they don't leave non-drinkers high and dry either. Moving Venue offer an extensive list of non-alcoholic options and cocktails to make every guest feel special and considered.
