Battersea Evolution
Battersea Evolution is truly a venue perfect for those never-ending guest lists. With a capacity to hold up to 4,000 for a standing reception and 2,000 for dinner, Battersea Evolution is definitely one of the best for those big Christmas parties.
Battersea Evolution is situated in the stunning Battersea Park and are only two miles from Westminster, making it very accessible to travel to. The venue has over 5000sqm versatile event space with an 8m ceiling height and 700 sqm mezzanine level, just to give you an idea of its great size. They work seamlessly with Smart Hospitality, their exclusive caterer, to provide you with your perfect Christmas menu to be enjoyed by your guests.
Each year Battersea Evolution also themes the venue to really get yourself and your guests in the Christmas spirit.
Located on Greenwich Peninsula, the venue offers unbroken views of the River Thames and Canary Wharf skyline. This large London venue, perfect for big parties, can hold up to 3,000 people and can extend to accommodate a further 7,000 people across the venue’s extensive outdoor showground.
Magazine boasts an impressive eight-metre-high ceiling, polished concrete floors and two black steel stairways that lead to the upper mezzanine levels. It is ideal as an area for informal catering, pre-dinner drinks and as exhibition and breakout space.
Both Mezzanines in the venue are accessible via two black steel staircases in Space 1 and can be utilised as VIP areas or as overflow for higher guest numbers. Mezzanine 2 overlooks both spaces and provides access to The Balcony, an intimate area featuring stained timber decking and black steel railings.
This large venue adopts a blank canvas, warehouse style which helps it be a perfect event space for a range of genres and themes. Magazine London is great for evening reception and of course both Summer and Christmas parties.
Exhibition London is a new multi-purpose music and events venue located close by to Westfield Shepherd’s Bush. This Victorian structure was first built in 1899 and was originally used as an engine house for Central London Railways. Some of the most iconic TFL aesthetics remain, with tiled interior walls and red brick details, Exhibition London adopts a unique and vibrant character.
Exhibition London spans across two floors; the Ground floor comprising the entrance foyer, reception space and four additional rooms. The main event space is situated on the first floor with 775 sq metres of uninterrupted floor space and a flexible stage.
Their ground floor can hold 750 guests for a standing reception and 320 for a seated dinner. The first floor space is a great choice amongst large Christmas party venues for 1,500 standing guests and can cater for 750 for a seated dinner.
