We know that we only took our Christmas trees down five weeks ago, so the above title may seem a bit surprising, but we have already found great Christmas Party venues for 14 of our lovely clients, in what we think will be a long-awaited bumper 2022 season.

Here are our five top tips and trends for December 2022:
Farewell to Fridays?
Early indications are that the new hybrid working practices will make Friday nights less popular, as many people decide, or are permitted to, work from home on Fridays. This will reduce the number of ‘prime nights’ available at all venues and make Thursdays the new ‘best night’ to party.
Hello to lunches?
The pandemic has made adjustments to many service sector employees and this may, in turn, result in lunchtime events increasing in popularity, in order to reduce use of ‘out of working hours’ time away from home.
Multi-purpose events
With a lack of social work gatherings and company meet-ups over the last two years, we may well see an increase in demand for celebrations that include a business, conference or awards element, as companies make the most of these rarer physical get-togethers.
Postponement backlog
The Omicron guidance led to many Christmas Parties being cancelled for dates after December 12th, but many also postponed their events into mid-December 2022 dates - which has added additional early pressure on venue diaries!
