Prince Albert, Queen Victoria's one and only squeeze. When Albert died, Queen Victoria decided to celebrate and demonstrate her undying love for him by constructing monuments and buildings and even entire city districts in his honour, including our flagship venue in Manchester.

What is a Schloss?

A Schloss is a castle, palace or manor house built as a retreat for recreation, indulgence, pleasure and debauchery. Expect roaring fires, tankards, schnapps and lots of wood. It's Fantastich........ JA!

An Alpine inspired Bier Palace and Cook Haus with bohemian spirit in the heart of Liverpool open from 9am daily. With a world-class food offering. Haus made bakery items and 7 Days of Showtime from the best in the business, we have everything that you could ever need under one roof.

Whether you're joining us for a night of Showtime performances or the biggest celebration of the year, we've got you covered; with biers from across the world , specialist cocktails and an extensive wine liste.

Our Cook Haus menu serves up indulgent alpine dishes all day long including traditional European dishes such as Schweinshaxe, Spatzle and Fondue with a modern Schloss Twist. Schloss Klassics also include crispy Stiegl bier-battered Fish + Chips and Paprikash Chicken.

We have Bavarian-style bier halle tables for large groups wishing to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also Ludwig's Tavern; a private mezzanine space for up to 100 guests which overlooks the Cook Haus and Bier Palace allowing you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Albert's Schloss, while also having a private bar for your party.
