DO YOUR EVENT JUSTICE

Our building was once The Westminster County Courts, elegantly converted into a bar and restaurant in 1996. We have a fantastic suite of rooms available for private or corporate hire for any event.

This is The West End, this is theatre-land: 'The Place Where People Come To Dream…'

The Courtrooms are right in the heart of it all, on St. Martins Lane, close to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square.

The Judge's Court

This magnificent room, steeped in history, was formerly the main courtroom of Westminster County Court where debtors and bankrupts were tried. The focal point of the room is the original judge’s bench and it was from here that convicted defendants were sent down to the detention cells that now serve as our wine cellars. The Judge’s Court holds a civil wedding licence and can be laid out for almost any occasion from a sit down wedding breakfast for up to 100 guests, in theatre style for up to 150, a canapé reception for 130 or for business meetings.

We offer four Courtrooms available for private hire with the Judge’s Court and Barrister’s Court situated on the first floor and the Judge’s Chamber and Judge’s Study on the second. All rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioning and sound systems. We have full disabled facilities and a lift to all floors. Through our team we can also help recommend and arrange bands, DJ’s, florists or any other special requirements for your day.
