Our Ceviche Old St Pisco Bar is a large, bright and modern renovation in what was once the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms build by Sir Thomas Lipton. The bar area seats 60 guests and accommodates 100 standing, forming a great space for events, canapes parties, team building events and celebrations. Our talented bar team have created a range of cocktails using Pisco, the national spirit of Peru including many infusions with ingredients ranging from chili to vanilla to herbs. Even when tackling the perfect classic cocktails, our bar is 100% all about Pisco. In addition, Ceviche Old St is also a modern Peruvian art gallery, showcasing the work of Peru's top contemporary artists; exhibiting paintings, photography, street art and sculpture. It's an incredible building and perfect dining space.
