Hire Lower Ground Floor, Rook & Raven (W1T 1HN)

Rook & Raven is a modern and flexible gallery space based in the heart of London’s creative hub, Soho/Fitzrovia, totalling 3,800 sq.ft (353 sq m) over Ground and Lower Ground floors with good ceiling height, featuring the latest LED lighting.

The Ground floor has access via a large double door at the front and a single door via the back courtyard. The ground floor has a highly polished, latex floor with 3m tall ceilings and an alcove area, which all benefits from natural light. The lower ground floor has a concrete floor and 2.8m ceilings with plenty of natural light. There is a further ‘private’ room attached to the lower ground floor measuring approximately 7m x 5m.

Rook & Raven is available to dry hire for events, press days, product launches, fashion shows, film screenings, photo shoots, receptions, exhibitions, etc.

Additional Notes:

The gallery can be hired as a versatile space as both a whole venue, or in separate units. The dry hire nature of the venue lends itself to a vast range of events from marketing and launch events to meetings, workshops and reception events for up to 300 guests.
