Best New Christmas Party Venues for 2026!
Tuesday 14 July 2026
Tis the season to pick a venue that actually gets people out the door. From thrilling game bars to historic hospitals, we've rounded up London's five best new openings for Christmas parties in 2026...because the right venue will make or break your party before the first drink!
There is a reason the office Christmas party has survived decades of changing work culture. It's the one night of the year when a team can relax, reflect on the year and celebrate with colleagues-come-friends. Get it right, and you will hear about it in January. Get it wrong, and you will hear about it quicker, usually in the form of a half-empty room and people sneaking off after the starter.
At Venue Search London, we spend all year inside London's event spaces, so we know first-hand that the venue is not just a backdrop for your Christmas party, it is the party. The right room does half the work before a single drink has been poured. It sets the tone, gives people a reason to dress up, and creates the kind of buzz that gets people through the door on a cold December night instead of bailing for the sofa.
That's why, every year, we keep a close eye on what's new. A brand-new venue brings novelty, exclusivity, and a genuine sense of occasion. For Christmas 2026, London's event scene has delivered some genuine showstoppers.
Here are five of our favourite new openings for an exciting Christmas party this year..
Bart's North Wing

Following a £9.5 million restoration completed in 2025, this Grade I listed gem at St Bartholomew's Hospital opened its doors for private hire in October 2025 — and it's one of the most striking new spaces in the City. Guests arrive via the iconic Hogarth Stair, lined with two of the artist's celebrated 1730s paintings, before reaching the breathtaking Great Hall, complete with an ornate plaster ceiling. Few venues in London give a Christmas party this much drama before a single canapé has been served. Just five minutes' walk from Farringdon's Elizabeth Line, it's as easy to reach as it is unforgettable.
Capacity: Great Hall holds up to 400 guests standing, or up to 250 for a seated dinner.
Fenix Mayfair

Landing on Piccadilly in March 2026, Fenix brings its design-led, contemporary Greek-Mediterranean concept to London for the first time, having built a cult following in Manchester and Dubai. Expect sculptural plaster arches, moody low lighting and a dining room built for atmosphere as much as flavour. It's the kind of venue that makes a Christmas dinner feel like an event in itself, perfect for smaller teams or client groups who want sharing plates, great cocktails and a genuinely Instagrammable room.
Capacity: 150 for dining or 300 for a standing reception.
Arcade Covent Garden
Opening in May 2026 inside a Grade II listed Victorian building on Bedford Street, Arcade Covent Garden brings together chef-led kitchens, standalone restaurants and a buzzing central bar across 12,500 sq ft of glamorous, mirror-polished space. Full venue hire offers flexible zones that can flex from arrival drinks to a full sit-down feast to a late-night party atmosphere. For teams who want their Christmas do to feel like a proper night out rather than a function-room dinner, this is the one.
Capacity: Up to 385 seated, or 350 guests standing for full venue hire.
The Newman
This 81-room Art Deco boutique hotel opened on Newman Street in February 2026, bringing a slice of Fitzrovia's bohemian history to life through thoughtful design and genuine neighbourhood charm. Two private dining rooms, Talland and Little Talland, offer an elegant setting for a seated Christmas dinner or client celebration, drawing on Brasserie Angelica's kitchen for warm, comforting menus. For something livelier, the intimate underground Gambit Bar, all copper detailing and sunburst ceilings, makes a brilliant setting for festive drinks, live jazz or a DJ set, with private hire available for larger groups.
Capacity: Talland seats up to 20, Little Talland up to 12; Gambit Bar holds up to 60 for a regular evening, or up to 150 with full private hire of the spaces.
The Lucky Goat
Opened in April 2026 on Bread Street, moments from St Paul's Cathedral, The Lucky Goat is a "competitive socialising" venue built for a very different kind of Christmas party, one with tech darts, karaoke, shuffleboard, pool and air hockey alongside a strong food and drink offering. Two gaming zones can be booked separately or combined, and the whole venue is available for exclusive hire, making it a brilliant option for teams who want their party to come with games, not just gravy.
Capacity: Exclusive whole-venue hire available for celebrations of 220 guests.
