Camm & Hooper chosen to deliver iconic events at new London destination

Battersea Power Station have appointed venue group Camm & Hooper to launch and run their new event space inside the iconic power station. Opening to the public in 2021 this mammoth venue will cater for up to 1,400 guests, fulfilling a range of event needs...
Battersea Power House is ready to become one of the most exciting new destinations in London. Located on the banks of the River Thames, this large, London venue holds event spaces which will play host to a range of activities including music gigs, cultural and art performances, fashion shows, major industry awards, brand product launches, conferences, intimate cocktail parties and large-scale hospitality functions.
Events will take place in the Generator Hall, Control Room A and a further three spaces including a terrace with expansive riverside views which, together, will be known as Battersea Power House.
The Generator Hall
With a capacity of 1,400 and an expansive triple height space, The Generator Hall will become a top entertainment destination where guests can enjoy a unique experience.
Control Room A
This 1930s, original control room, restored to its original grandeur, includes numerous heritage features such as the original parquet flooring and dials that were once used to power a fifth of London’s electricity. It will have a capacity of 250 when fully restored – a perfect backdrop for fashion shows, weddings, dinners and receptions
The other three spaces within the main venue includes a terrace with expansive riverside views and an intimate lounge area, which can also be used for standalone events
Camm & Hooper has extensive experience in delivering iconic events in a classic setting, including Banking Hall and Victorian Bath House in the City of London, which have been beautifully redesigned for an entirely different purpose.
