With inspiration from the magical Alice in Wonderland tale, 8 Northumberland are concocting two awe inspiring themes for Christmas 2020. For slightly smaller parties of up to 250 guests for a seated dinner, the Old Billiards Room and Annex will be transformed into The Wondrous Wonderland – where not everything is as it seems, and a glorious tea party will commence with surprises at every corner! Think edible table decorations and topsy-turvy flavour combinations along with the venue’s renowned production team.
Meanwhile, The Ballroom can seat up to 500 guests for lunch or dinner and becomes The King of Hearts Ball, making 8 Northumberland a large Christmas party venue with style. Let your mysterious and enigmatic host surround you with the most dazzling entertainment, production and a feast fit for a King! There will be twisting topiary and towering decks of cards, black, red and gold run amok with velvet in abundance. Quite literally, the Ball will be a feast for all the senses.
Take the venue exclusively and split your drinks reception and dinner between the two worlds or hire either space exclusively, the choice is yours! With limited key dates still available, including Friday 4th December, 8 Northumberland is one not to miss...and a party no one ever forgets.

Depending on availability and dates, lunch packages start from a very reasonable £99 + VAT per person, with standing receptions from £91 + VAT and sumptuous seated dinners from £141 + VAT per person.
With their catering partner AlchemyLive, the venue has even put a focus on dietary requirements, with a new, exciting and creative Vegan menu on offer. Executive Chef and Director Nate Brewster looks after the team, who are consistently inspired to create dishes with a twist, perfect for this year’s wondrous theme. Think dry ice, nitrogen and edible woodland forests!
