VSL's VIP Champagne Client Brunch at The Londoner

This month the Venue Search London team hosted an intimate client brunch at the newly opened Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square. We were one of the first agencies fortunate enough to have this opportunity and host some of our VIP clients to showcase the much anticipated hotel opening...

The Londoner hotel has been one of the capital's most anticipated openings, having been ten years in the making! Located in the heart of London's vibrant West End in Leicester Square. 

The property has been designed as London's first super-boutique luxury five star hotel. The design concept has been carefully considered to fit in with both the traditional and modern setting of London's Leicester Square, taking influence from the surrounding art galleries, musical and theatre district.  

The hotel boasts an impressively large ballroom which can accommodate up to 600 guests for dinner or 850 for a standing reception. Offering five individual bar and restaurant outlets which also include a stunning 360 degree rooftop showcasing stunning views across central London.

Whilst The Londoner pays tribute to its British heritage, including a relaxed pub on site, Joshua's Tavern, which offers an extensive ale list, as well as all-day dining restaurant Whitcomb's, they have also taken influence from Japanese culture on the top floor roof terrace, 8 at The Londoner, which has been designed to bring light and nature into the urban environment as an escape from London's busy West End. 

Guests of the hotel can also enjoy the in-house wellness suite which includes a beautiful pool, day beds, sauna and steam facilities plus a state of the art gym and juice bar.  

Our client event was held in the exclusive Royal Academy of Arts room which includes a beautiful entrance foyer featuring the hotel's main staircase and artwork. 

We were treated to Champagne on arrival with fresh fruit and pastries as we welcomed our clients, followed by a fabulous seated brunch in our private dining room. The Londoner's Director of Events joined us to teach our guests more about the hotel, its ethos, and how they can accommodate a variety of corporate events from summer to Christmas parties and of course awards dinners and conferences. 

We then had the opportunity to invite our guests for a private tour of the hotel to showcase their event spaces and talk through the carefully curated design features including the unique artworks, innovative AV, in-built technology and atmospheric lighting.
