Situated in the heart of the Westfield development and just five minutes from Shepherds Bush station, this characterful, Grade II listed Victorian warehouse offers a unique opportunity to celebrate Christmas in style.
Guests are welcomed into the elegant speakeasy feel reception room, complete with wood panelling and a beautifully crafted gold bar, before moving upstairs to the expansive Main Hall area. We are working closely with our award-winning catering partners to deliver a range of seasonal menus and drinks packages.
The perfect Christmas party set-up is finished with your own private bar, DJ-booth and dancefloor. Original glazed tiling, authentic design features and striking chandeliers frame the main space, which seats up to 800 for Christmas dinner and 1,500 for standing receptions.

Guests arrive into 496 square metres of impressive foyer and reception space featuring a long, beautifully crafted bar with a backdrop of classic Obsidian Green panelled walls throughout, polished concrete floor, atmospheric decorative lighting and timber and brass finishings. The Ground Floor offers cloakroom and WC facilities, alongside four additional areas which can be used as green rooms, dressing rooms or production offices, all with direct access to the first floor event space area.
Two stunning, glossy black steel staircases lead up into 775 square metres of event space. As guests enter, they will be wowed by the original high-pitched ceiling with exposed roof trusses, original crane structure, polished concrete flooring, brass finishings and decorative lighting. Servicing the main event area is a beautiful bar, crafted from reclaimed timber, zinc and antique brass.
