Three spaces. One seamless event journey.

Guests arrive via the Library’s striking spiral staircase into The Atrium, The Forum’s dedicated welcome and registration space and the first opportunity to make the event your own. From digital branding and signage to bespoke installations and production, the arrival experience can be transformed to reflect your brand from the moment guests enter.

From here, the event journey can take different forms. Guests can move directly into The Auditorium for the main event, while The Assembly is set for the next part of the day. Alternatively, The Assembly can welcome guests first for coffee, an exhibition, showcase or brand activation before they move into the Auditorium.

The Auditorium is a purpose-built, tiered venue for up to 200 guests, providing an impressive setting for conferences, keynotes, panel discussions, AGMs, town halls, presentations, training programmes and product launches.

Once the main session begins, The Assembly can evolve with the event, transforming into a breakout or lunch space before taking on a completely different feel for networking and evening drinks. This flexibility allows organisers to create multiple experiences throughout the day without moving guests between venues.

A private Green Room / Event Office, directly connected to both The Atrium and The Auditorium, gives speakers, organisers and production teams a dedicated behind-the-scenes base throughout the event.

Together, the spaces create a connected environment for arrival, content, catering, breakouts, exhibitions, activations and networking, with the flexibility to adapt naturally as the event moves from one moment to the next.

At the heart of The Auditorium is an impressive 205” ultra-wide 21:9 LED videowall, creating a high-impact canvas for presentations, branded content and immersive visual experiences.

The integrated production infrastructure includes four 4K PTZ cameras, professional audio, wireless microphones, comfort monitors, live-streaming and recording capabilities, all supported from a dedicated AV control room.
