1 HOTEL MAYFAIR

The event rooms are intimate and luxurious, inspired by nature, with thoughtful details of natural materials. Powered by technology, with sound systems and HD screens, the hotel can host intimate gatherings for 8 up to 80 guests in beautifully designed, light-filled spaces with incredible views of the surrounding Mayfair. The catering is set to be second to none, with 1 Hotel Mayfair bringing your private dining experience to the next level with custom planning services and delicious food helmed by two Michelin-starred Chef Tom Seller.
STEREO LONDON
Tucked away under Covent Garden Market, Stereo is the latest live music and cocktail bar to join the London scene from international hospitality brand, Experimental Group. Inspired by the vibrant late-night cultures of New York and London, complete with undertones of Parisian chic, Stereo will offer a masterfully curated mix of music, food and drinks. A place to arrive for an aperitif, stay for dinner and dance into the early hours. Formerly Roadhouse Covent Garden, STEREO can host groups and private events from 10 – 600 people, and they're here to help you create your perfect night with a killer cocktail list and classic American comfort food, all served up to the soundtrack of a live band and eclectic DJs. The in-house events manager is on hand to organise everything for your event, from planning process and budgeting all the way through to final touches of the event on the day.
FLIPPER'S
Events at Flipper’s will never disappoint; a perfect spot to host your next brand event, corporate off-site, team building event, or Christmas party! Located at the former music venue Exhibition London, this is the first permanent and all year round Flipper's venue in the world since 1981. Located in White City, West London, a couple of minutes away from Wood Lane on The Hammersmith and City Line, the venue has a vast capacity for private parties, hosting up to 2,000 people for a standing event or 200 seated for exclusive use. Think live DJs spinning the latest tracks to professional roller-skating performances, state-of-the-art sound systems and disco lights! The venue offer package deals inclusive of skate rentals, private instruction and even themed decor to suit your branding. Flipper's is the latest addition to the magnificent Cream Group, known for their spectacular entertainment options and fab food!
LIGHTROOM
Lightroom is an extraordinary four-storey-high space in Kings Cross equipped with the latest digital projection and audio technology. Opened in February 2023, Lightroom is London’s new home for spectacular creative work - as well as one of London’s most exciting new event spaces. Lightroom launches its programme with a show from one of the world’s most acclaimed and popular living artists, David Hockney. Hockney will use the innovative venue to take the audience on a personal journey through his art, featuring iconic paintings alongside some rarely seen pieces and some newly created work. His life-long fascination with the possibilities of new media is given vibrant expression in a show that invites visitors to see the world through his eyes. From an intimate breakfast to a jaw-dropping international launch event Lightroom have the space, the in-house production capabilities and hospitality partners to create the ideal setting and experience. With various options available from in-house catering to fully bespoke package, the venue has a total capacity for corporate events of 340 and is available for setup from 5pm (for evening events). The alcohol license runs until 11.30pm, the space can be rented until midnight.
73 WATERLOO
The stars of Old Hollywood knew how to party. From the glitzy fashion to the glamorous venues, these were some of the most memorable parties of all time. And the Academy Awards After-Show parties had to be the ultimate invitation. This Christmas, feel like a VIP as Evolve Events recreate the best of the past with a modern twist, giving you and your guests the chance to celebrate with your team at the most sought after, exclusive ticket in town; 73 Waterloo. Expect an action filled night it will be at this vintage Hollywood styled party. As guests arrive at 73 Waterloo, its majestic pillars will be vibrantly lit with a red carpet laid out to create an entrance suitable for any star. Once inside, guests will be welcomed into the Piano Bar for a drinks reception before making their way into the vast Lounge & Bar for entertainment and a choice of seated dinner or stand up reception. Later, a talented DJ will mix up a superb array of tunes – guaranteed to get everyone dancing underneath the soaring 8-metre high ceiling. And of course, if you’d like to incorporate an awards presentation, they can add this on top of your package – maybe you’d like to present some of your staff with their very own Oscar! The stunning venue can offer Christmas parties for up to 500 standing and 250 seated.
