Hire Weston Theatre, Museum of London (EC2Y 5HN)

The Weston Theatre is a purpose built lecture theatre providing a high spec venue for presentations and conferences: it is fully equipped with PA, data projector, screen, lectern and an in-house technician. It also offers full blackout facilities, air conditioning, WiFi and wheelchair access.

The venue is accessed through the main museum and is available for both day time and evening events. It can be booked in conjunction with the Terrace Rooms and the meeting rooms within the Clore Centre, which provide syndicate rooms and space for catering and refreshments.

Rooms within the Clore centre include two partitionable suites, which can be opened out to provide one large space, along with a seminar room.

A range of delicious options are available, from working sandwich lunches to hot fork buffets, breakfast menus to themed breaks. We can also design a bespoke menu for your delegates. Special dietary requirements can also be catered for.

All sandwiches and buffet items are made on site by the Museum of London's catering partner, Benugo. The coffee is fairly traded, milk is organic and tea is whole leaf, sourced from the best estates in India and China.
