Café De Paris originally opened in 1924 when the Charleston was first introduced in London. After the venue was bombed in World War II, it reopened in 1948 as one of the leading theatre clubs in London.

With a seating capacity of almost 300 guests, the Ballroom has banquette style seating, and long bar along with a stage and front of house control. This is overlooked by the mezzanine level, allowing guests to gaze down on the entertainment below. Alternatively, the Ballroom can host up to 715 guests for a standing reception, making it a grand and flexible space for any event. Café De Paris is an ideal venue for Christmas parties, award ceremonies, presentation lunches and champagne receptions, with excellent stage, sound & light facilities, live music, artist showcases and cabaret dinners are also an ideal fit.
